Our dispatcher understands: an equipment failure could close your kitchen. So daily calls are prioritized to ensure emergencies are addressed immediately. It’s like triage except with service technicians. We also ensure your technician arrives in a van fully equipped for diagnostics and repair. Our warehouse is stocked with parts from over 100 equipment manufacturers.
After Hours, We’re On-call
Equipment failures have no respect for business hours – but Sertec has you covered. If you call our offices after hours, you have a choice: Indicate you have an emergency and your call is routed to an on-call technician who will handle your problem. If, however, it’s not a crisis and the repair can wait until the next business day, your call is routed to a voicemail box. Your issue will be addressed promptly the next morning.
We Recommend Preventive Measures
To minimize stress – and reduce costly repairs – we highly recommend a preventive maintenance agreement. Sertec tailors this service to a client’s equipment configuration as well as their hours of operation. Maintenance is based on manufacturer specifications and scheduled so it does not interfere with kitchen productivity. This includes periodic testing, adjustment and parts replacement.
